Build no relation at workplace …. why?
As at workplace you should not build any relation because everyone is your individual competition if you are at a certain designation and a new joiner comes you will train him and eventually create a bond but at the time of work and reporting to your senior he will take you like a competition and this grow day by day everyday you both are learning something new and implementing it and after sometime this may cause a conflict which may hurt you and there is one more example if you two have a great bond and due to some chances the other one leaves your office you will be lonely and these 2 scenario goes on simultaneously
so before getting two close to any of your colleagues take a look of both scenario and then take it forward
