 Mental health is the most important concern in todays life 
everyone should take of mental health as  if once a brain will get affected  it will not days it will take years to get normal it may give  a set back 

mental problems are not madness(Pagalpnn)
it has different ways to create disorders such as sleeping disorders , some may be too energetic or some may be always quite and  numb 

mental health should be a priority , eat healthy do yoga and meditate this  will keep your mental health fine and a balance in work life and personal life should be maintained  if the balance will get affected your mental health will be affected 
excessive consumption  of alcohol and drugs can also trigger these issues
